Memory Tag

This tag is pretty unique, so I thought I would give it a shot.

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.

We had lots of memories together with softball and student council. One thing that comes to mind is when I was out of town for a softball game you were playing my position in the outfield and you got hit in the eye with the softball, and I remember feeling so bad that had happened to you. I also remember that you were always so quite compared to your two sisters. You were always so much fun!

I think it was our sophomore year. We were supposed to be looking at the catalogs for ideas for the dance, but we were too busy picking out the ugliest dresses possible for each other to wear. I know there's lots of others from student council and classes, but that's just the first one to pop in my head. Funny what you remember, huh?

well daughter number two, some of my fondest memories are with my little girls, but my Jackie my quite Jackie, I remember in the hospital the first night they never brought you in, when I asked why, they said she never woke up and we were busy with the other 23 babies in the nursery we didn't bother to wake her, the next night was the same, I was sure that would not be the case when I brought her home but she did from day one slept all through the night, all here little boyfriends in elementary school, her kind heart, we would take all the kids to get a treat and jackie would just take her time eating, so her brothers would always aske to have some and she always gave them some till her treat was all gone, half the time she never got nothing, but she never cared, her wrestling with jake putting holes in my wall, her trying out for cheerleading telling her she would really have to make sure she smiled, and on the day of tryouts i sat outside the door waiting nervously and she came running out to me saying i did it i did it and I said what, and she said I smiled the whole time, watching her and tonya and katie play on a team for lindeys work and laughing cuz the team was not that good, jackie ran from all over that field and the people watching was like who are those girls, I just sat there laughing, she did play a mean softball like her sisters, Jackie was my quiet one, but she has a heart of gold, watching with her kids if wonderful she is a great mom, remember when she gave birth to ethan, and they laid him on her stomach, he just looked at her with so much love, never saw such a remarkable sight!! She is always doing such great things with her kids!
cody being mad at her when she started dating matt because she broke up with Jonah---- Her strong testimony what great memories and fun times to look back and remember the good ole days

You mom talks about you being quiet, but I remember you loud side of you too. I remember you jumping around all the time. Like a monkey. Back rides. Great old church ball at the ball park. Girls camp. You got a little wild but never too wild. Your strong testimony of the church. It really helped me out when I felt like no one else was there. Thanks. YOu are a beautiful person inside and out.

Hmmm.... Where to start.. I remember all of our many posters we put up in our room of Devon sawa, Jonathon taylor thomas, Joshua Jackson, And of course NSYNC!!! Going to their concerts way in the nose bleed section and screeming our lungs out and dancing like crazy! and rockin our glow sticks!! ha ha! Our many sleepless nights of "ill tickle your back if you tickle mine" :) i love those nights! our bunk beds that mom and dad bid on a pioneer days! sleeping with you when i was scared! Planning to run away with our "power wheels Trailer" I think it was! Cheerleading together with some scandales girls! And of course playing softball together! Singing love can build a bridge for the talent show!! ha ha remember our hand movements! so many memories! but one thing i will never forget is all the many times i would get hurt by my friends you were always the protective sister! i remember many nights crying in your bed with you holding me and tickling my back or playing with my hair! You always made me feel like no mater what my friends said or did to me that you would always be there for me! it might of been hard for me to see then but i am so grateful that now my bestest friends are my family! i am so gratful for you! I have looked up to you my whole life and will forever! i remember being pretty selfish growing up and always wanting new clothes, shoes any of the latest fads and would always beg mom for them when you hadent had a new shirt of a new pair of shoes for months! And you telling mom it was ok to buy me the stuff i wanted and that you would just wait for the next time! you were always looking out for the rest of our family and putting yourself last! And of course one of my favorite memories is the day i became and aunt! and i was able to be there in the delivery room when you had ethan! I remember thinking how weird it was that you had a baby! But how gratful i am for your kids! (especially cause they keep mikey busy to not bug me too bad yet for little ones of our own) Thank you for all you do! I dont know how im going to do it when i move without you mom mandy and tori! You guys are truly my best friends! Thanks for everything I love you lots!! Your lil sis Tonya

Where to start:

My dad always calling us the Grimm twins because we rarely would smile.

Playing our instruments for Christmas Eve.

Singing in church together.

Going to lunch @ jack in the box with Jordan and Chase everyday and never ever get free food like they did!!!

Our first day of Kindergarten.

Brett kissing you in front of everybody in Kindergarten.

*NSYNC concerts need I say more!!!

Always being called Jackie by people in the 8th grade and even as Freshman (I never got that one cause I never thought we looked that much alike)

Backing each other up in the outfield.

Spending the day shopping in St. George ith you and Mandy.

I remember when we went our different ways for college how weird it seemed that for the 1st time since we were in preschool we had never gone o separate schools and missing having you around at times!

How you always had my back with all the drama and backstabbing we endured at times during high school!

Riding the subway for the first time in DC and being totally freaked out because everyone was so scary looking but we did it anyways because we wanted a nap so bad!

I am truly blessed to have the best cousins and to be able to grow up so close to you!

Mostly I remember wanting so desperately to beat you for first chair. I swear, if you wouldn't have been in band, I wouldn't have practiced as hard as I did. Or how about that time you and I had that "duet" in festival and we had to hold that long note before the rest of the band came in and we took a breath AT THE SAME TIME! I laugh still thinking about it! Screaming for you when you would cheerlead (especially in jr high). Walking with you in Junior National Honor Society. Spending lunch hour with Mr. Porray. Was it you that "accidently" kicked Mike Partridge in the "shin"?? I think it might have been you that pulled someone chair out from under them at Mojave, too. But that memory is a little hazy. To be quite honest, the older I get, the hazier everything prior to 2001 gets. It's crazy! Anyway, I definitely always looked up to you (and wanted to be as GORGEOUS as you)

My memory...of course would be all the way back in Jr. High, having to do with band of course because I think that was my life for the most part. The band trips, the silly hats at Magic Mountain, the makeup on the boys on the bus, you being sooo smart beautiful and popular :D You know ow people say "what i'd give to be young and in High School again"...not me, Jr. High was prob the best time for me in my past.

I agree with Lucy on that one I so loved Jr. High more than HS.
